I hate getting asked if I'm going to prom.

The answer:

No.

{end to spring break}

It's over.
It's actually over.
I can't believe it's really over.

I lay on my bed with tears stinging my eyes.
I'm such a moron for crying,
but I do.
I don't want to go back.
Why can't school,
awful school,
be over?
Yes, this week was nice, but I want more.
Need more.

A single drop slides from my eye down the side of my face.
I wipe it away with the back of my hand and sit up, look at my backpack, and sigh.

Schools back,
and spring break is over.

I just have to tell you,
conference weekends are the best!!!!
I have had so many spiritual experiences these past few weekends.
Did I tell you I got to sing in the Young Women's general conference?
In the CHOIR?!?
*sigh* 'twas amazing.
I'm going to miss going to all of those practices every Sunday.
I'm going to miss Sis. Webb (the hilarious choir director)
I'm going to miss the sound of young women singing like a choir of heavenly angels,
and I'm going to miss everyone. :(
But I loved seeing Sister Dalton and President Monson.
I loved everything about it.
(except for the grumbling stomach throughout the practices)

and thank you all the other church leaders and your great and spiritual talks.

I love snuggling underneath the blanket with my mom and dad and sister on the couch as we watch conference. It just bring a wonderful sense of peace.......
until you realize that you have chemistry homework due tomorrow. :P

When I was a kid, I used to think that general conference took forever.
But now as I am older, it goes too fast!
Already, we only have 1 more session for general conference.
But I am SO excited to hear from everyone.
